NO GIFTS FOR ME!
No roses red, or candy sweet,
No blanket of flowers at your feet.
No words of love to shed a tear,
No songs of love for you to hear.
No valiant Knight upon a steed,
No poet with a verse to read.
No bubbly wine or candle light,
No special hugs or kiss tonight.
No gifts of any kind you said,
Perhaps you think my love is dead.
The gift I bring is always new
it's in my heart for only you.
The love we share, the memories we live,
are the only gifts I care to give.
So when you say "No Gifts for Me!"
your saying "Please stop loving me!"
