Attitude and commitment are key to losing weight. Attitude is the vehicle and commitment the fuel. Without one it's very difficult to maintain the other. There is a solution to your weight problem, I promise you.
I have lost thirty two pounds in close to four months so far by using this mindset so I know you can too. I'm happy with losing weight at this rate (about 2.1 pounds per week), because you can run the danger of rebounding if you try to lose too much too quickly. I know, because that happened to me several months ago: I took off eight pounds fast (in about two weeks), but I then packed close to twenty pounds on shortly thereafter. You need to be patient and good to yourself.
* EVERYONE'S APPROACH IS UNIQUE
For every person there is a unique weight-loss solution, and I say "unique" because even if every person were to do the same exact exercise, and the same exact diet, they would still have to arrive at it through a thought process unique to themselves, because no two brains are alike. By definition your approach will not be exactly the same as anyone else's. You need to keep working your brain, challenging yourself and striving to unlock the solution - that incredibly unique thought process that will work for you alone. Remember, the brain is extremely delicate, complex and powerful (scientists are still just beginning to scratch the surface of what the brain is capable of doing) so if you "let it do it's thing," you may just stumble upon what it is that will help you to succeed in losing weight. Don't let reservations, insecurities or other discouraging factors get in your brain's way. The best way to do that, the most efficient way, is to be as positive as humanly possible.
* WHY POSITIVITY?
Positivity is a state of mind that allows your brain to reach it's highest potential. Studies have shown that before a business meeting for example, if you can get the participants of that meeting to laugh, the ensuing ideas will be much more creative, productive and the meeting will be that much more successful. Similarly, keeping yourself positive will create a state of mind far more conducive to finding a positive solution to your weight-loss (Solid examples of negative solutions are "Smoking", "drinking", "bulimia," etc).
* HOW TO REMAIN POSITIVE
So how does a person remain positive? It's a habit-building process. Get in the habit of finding a reason to be positive about something/everything. Rather than succumbing to the usual old anger, try
