Your way on that day
The sunshine came from your eyes
happier than usual
A moment of unprotected fun
It must have scared you
The truth was back
a desert storm
blinded
blue teared eyes
You moved your fingers
across the ivory keys
believed again for a moment
a maybe smile for the ebony
A cacophony of ebony and ivory
a crash
the day was done.
