I am not sure of how many soldiers have died, due to roadside bombs, but I can tell you it is quite a few. The numbers keep growing. I am not a Rocket Scientist, but I do know driving down the road in Iraq is obviously a deadly mission.

I am beside myself at our military leaders decision to keep sending our troops out on patrol. This is completely and utterly absurd. You mean to tell me after all the advanced technology we possess, we cannot even find a bomb along the road. Put a 20 foot retractable piece of steel along the Humvee' side, that will extend out in front of the truck with a weight and a wheel to detonate the bomb before it blows up and kills more of our children.

I cannot fathom how our military leaders can possibly live with themselves, sending our boys out on suicide missions. You would think President Bush would find this kinda odd himself. I have not heard him yet bring up the subject of the vast number of soldiers getting killed or maimed by roadside bombs.

So now our Commander and Chief is backed up against the wall, trying to figure out a way to raise his popularity amongst voters. Or maybe he is too busy trying to raise money to combat AIDS in Africa, instead of leaning on the military technologists to figure out a way to eliminate death by roadside bombs. It appears a soldiers death is a necessary evil in the war on terrorism. We are fighting a cult religion that thinks all Christians should be killed. That does not hold well for Democracy in Iraq. Do our military leaders ignore this most important fact.

Our great military leaders have said we are gaining ground, and you read 47 soldiers die this month setting a new record month since September,2007. I don't understand this at all. We have access to some of the most brilliant minds in the world. We cannot even protect the green zone. Here is some good advice for our military numb heads.

1. Do not send troops out on patrols in unsecured areas. DUH

2. Equip the Humvee with a retractable arm that will extend 20 feet out in front of the vehicle.

3. Get out of Iraq all together and bring our boys home before Americans become extinct.

Take my advise. Iran is becoming nuclear and you military leaders know it. You have our boys in harms way. It is just a matter of time before nukes come into play. Smart bombs are a possibility too. The Arab world is deeply offended that we have occupied their land. They want us out. We have started their so called holy war. We cannot possibly win. Please for the sake
