You waited for him
You stood by the window
Waiting for his shadow to appear
You have seen him once
A fleeting moment
A daze
Imagination?
Fear, you have it in your hear
But for this pain and despair
All is lost
You will gladly meet him
Go where he takes you
Your soul shakes to its core
Flash and rush you are
Dashing where angels fear to tread
Reaching for his hand
Trusting the saga will end
So rush to the river
By and by the bridge
And stand in the middle
You will wait no more
There he will stand
Gladly embrace his hand
Are you the weak
Are you the strong
The brave or the foolish
Man of reason or grin fallacy?
