Dear composer,
Softly tinkling on your piano
You tell us your story.
One key after the other
Pushed with so much delicacy.
Every note so wonderfully chosen.
Rhythm is your companion.
Soft melody guides us through your tale,
Accelerating until the climax is reached.
Notes are your words,
Fingers your pen,
The piano your medium,
Turning your piece of music
Into a piece of art.
inspired by musical piece of Brad Mehldau: River Man
