Schools that offer arts programs are a valuable part of our American culture. The study of art is expanding and changing along with technology. If you're looking to hone your artistic skills, whether in drawing, painting and sculpting, music performance and composition, theatre performance and theatre production design, graphic or interior design, or even animation, film-making and game programming, there are some wonderful schools in the southwestern U.S. This area includes New Mexico and Arizona, and certain regions of other states as well. For simplicity's sake, this list will include information only on colleges in New Mexico and Arizona.
