The most meaningful gifts are those that come from the heart, and there are few gifts more meaningful than a scrapbook. Unfortunately, few of us have the time to make a scrapbook for every occasion. That is why miniature scrapbooks make the perfect gift for every occasion. They are inexpensive, and unlike full page scrapbooks, they don't require a lot of time.

Scrapbooks are the perfect birthday gift for that hard to buy for person. You know the one who seems to have everything. One of my most cherished scrapbooks is a mini scrapbook from one of my long time friends. She created one that had pictures from our childhood, all the way to present day! It is one of the most priceless gifts I have ever received.

Even if you don't have any wedding photos from the happy couple, finding pictures in magazines with appropriate quotes can create a perfect little album, than be sure to add just the right items to give your scrapbook that personal touch. Creating an album for someone who is moving away is the perfect "I will miss you gift!" It also gives them something to always look back on.

One of the funniest scrapbooks I have ever seen used cartoons from a news paper and was created for a co-workers 50th birthday. The options are endless. You simply need a little time and a lot of creativity. You'll be surprised at what miniature treasures you can find around the house to enhance your albums. Just like in traditional scrapbooks the more personal the book, the more treasured keepsake it becomes. Be creative with your scrapbooks by adding lace, bits of fabric from a blanket, a favorite shirt or sports jersey or even a lucky coin. If creativity isn't your thing, you can buy a template in a store and still add just the right personal touch to make it the perfect gift.

Because mini scrapbooks are quick and easy to make, you can do one for nearly any occasion. You'll find the more albums you create, the easier and more creative they will become. They make an ideal gift for graduations, birthdays, baptisms, births, and weddings, really anything you can think of. They can even make a perfect keepsake for your child's class pictures, favorite sports photos or yearly family memories. With a little creativity, a little patience and a lot of caring, you can create the perfect gift for every occasion.
