You set the front of you. You determine what it is that you want to get done. You make sure that it is clear and achievable.
You make an action plan .It carefully details the way that you are going to achieve that goal. It is a step by step game plan that carefully outlines your game plan.
You gather the resources, tools and information that you need to get the job done. You have everything that you need at your fingertips and ready when you need it.
You set a time frame and a schedule to achieve that goal. Here is where you apply your time management. But it is only applied after the other steps are completed. That way not only do you use the time that you have wisely, but you also use it productively.

The only way to build a foundation that any and every business can and should be built upon is to couple goal setting and time management. Together they will create a new life for your business, And in the end, you will get more done in less time. You stand more of a chance to hit the mark and get the brass ring that we all set to win,
