Carnivorous feet hounding streams of wet, hard pavement
Relentlessly acerbic wind siphoning emotion from white washed blank faces,
Huddled masses are clinging together
whilst consumerism impregnates the miasma of corruption,
society needs no introduction.
The numerous conversations, a potpourri of organic sounds,
synthesising into chronic depression
The expression of availability haunting the teenage crowds
Swept aside by icy stares piercing emotionally charged clouds,
no weather forecast needed
Heavy breaths whilst friendships flared, sparking unknown fires of hate.
Crowds of boys sitting at jumping tables whilst naysayers look forth,
The expression of distaste ever present on their face,
Yet the boys were in no haste.

THE STAGE IS SET
America is spending billions a day
building new prisons every where
there is a plan being formed
one
Perfectly flawed and morbidly sad,
We're shoved into closets by society's dad.
Why don't we weep, or rise up from the glass,
addictions
Why can't we just be normal?
Like the people on T.V?
The ones that live life happy.
The ones that are care free.

Shabby clothes adorned with stains,
