John Grisham and writing on law

Want to get a handle on all those commercials, that want to know if you have ever been diagnosed with a condition caused by a particular drug. and think you deserve to be compensated? Have you ever wondered how a jury is "really" chosen in a large corporation lawsuit? Often frustrated trying to figure out how a particular unknown and unexperienced candidate for the Supreme Court was actually elected?

There is a way to find out these and hundreds of other questions that may be plaguing you as you try to make sense of the latest headlines on CNN, or the most recent episode of "Law and Order."

The way begins with your first John Grisham novel.
John Grisham is more than just a novelist. He is a law professor who writes his own textbooks. The time you spend with John Grisham's work will not only entertain you, but will educate you in the deepest corridors of criminal law.

Read the "King of Torts." You will never see another, "...you may be entitled to a settlement.." commercial the same way again. In, "The Appeal," you will learn all about the process of how Supreme Court Judges are elected. "The Runaway Jury" will explain the judicial process and corruption that is found in the courts everyday. "The Brethren." will help you understand how a presidential campaign is truly run.

John Grisham wants you to know, that is why he writes. He wants to show you where the chinks in the armor are, where the cracks in these vessels of justice have been repaired with only wax. Only by knowing the truth can we truly be a free society. It begins with the law.

The main component of Justice is Truth. Look all around. Do you see a justice system that you would be comfortable sending your children into? Do you believe everything you see on Fox Headline News, and CNN. Do you truly believe that lawyers really have your best interest at heart? Do you really believe that all of our representatives in Washington D.C. are really for the people by the people?

Trying to sort all of this out is impossible. Look at the world, as you know it. Read about four of John Grisham's novels. Then look at your world again, and you will not see the same world.

Read John Grisham. Learn to see the truth.
