It's time to get the cobwebs out,
to cleanse my dusty eyes.
I sit down on my favorite spot
under amazing skies.
My clothes are light and airy.
The sun is mild and low.
Nothing here disturbs me.
There's nowhere I must go.
I have chosen the perfect time,
gone is the morning dew
and yet the freshness lingers
and everything feels new.
It's like a new beginning,
It is like virgin snow,
like every door is open
and I can simply go.
I smell the earth beneath me.
I hear the river flowing.
I taste the air I'm breathing.
I feel the fire glowing.
This is the time to be reborn,
the time of genesis,
the time of inner healing,
the time of gentleness.
Time begone,take thee away,
body take vacation.
Mind it is your time to shine
in quiet contemplation.
