Since time began, much has been done and said about freedom. The world has been influenced by freedom fighters from all creeds and nationalities. The list is endless. Each of these mortal men fought for freedom in a somewhat external, physical aspect. Some fought for their own personal gain or satisfaction while others for a certain race or nationality of people. There is, however, only one true Liberator, namely, JESUS CHRIST, the Son of the Most High God: "Whom the Son set free is free indeed;" and "You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free."
True freedom only comes when each individual looks at his fellowman and the sparks of love begin to rise in his heart so that all forms of injustice towards that individual is completely abolished. Lasting freedom is the realization and expressing of love for others to the extent that one can hold another by the hand no matter the shade of skin or any differences and say, "I Love You," earnestly from within.
Jesus was a man that fought for freedom but on a level much higher than the majority of freedom fighters that we have known through history. When man was created by GOD, he was created free and moral with free will and free choice-giving him the power to choose the way that he wishes to follow; but when injustices and prejudices are allowed to infest and grow, then this right is diminished and ultimately destroyed.
True freedom does not arise from any outside physical force but it must be resurrected from within the heart and mind of each individual human being. We can not have freedom in its highest stage unless every individual takes time to examine himself from the standpoint of who he is, why he is upon the Earth and what his purpose is while dwelling here in his present mortal state. In order to have world freedom, we must first have individual, inner freedom from the chains of injustice, oppression, hatred, dishonesty, envyings, strife, etc., which can only be obtained through the recognizing of and reverencing of the One True and Living God.
There will never be freedom for all until each of us as human beings recognize that God is the Holy Creator and Ultimate Ruler of this Universe and that only what we do as a result of True Divine Love will last, which means that before this world as a whole can be a "utopian" society, every one has got to yield himself to the One All Mighty Holy Creator and submit himself to HIS will and purpose. "For the whole duty of man is to fear God, and keep His commandments."
