I tried to play the game your way,
but fell behind spaces for lack of caring.
I do not follow,
I lead.
and I will not lead you the way you have taken me.
I tried to win the fight your way,
but found your way of fighting unfair.
The names that were spilled,
and the punches that left holes,
dragged me through the mud.
I tried to give up everything your way,
but found it a bit depressing.
I found a way out that I'll never regret,
From now on I do things MY WAY!
