Joint inflammation is a common sickness today, linked to several factors which causing it, reaching more women than men (ex. Rheumatoid arthritis is 3 times more common in women than in men) - the reason for this is not really known, but it does not mean that many men suffer from Joint inflammation.
Joint inflammation is often linked to sicknesses, which are so known as: "Rheumatism" and several forms of "arthritis".
Causes of Joint Inflammation:
- A long and intensive period of stress
- Extreme fatigue
- High blood pressure
- After a strong sickness
- After big traumatic event
- Due to sickness such as psoriasis
- Hereditary factors
- Genetic
Types of Joint inflammation as far as rheumatism is concerned and arthritis, are diagnosed by outside symptoms such as swelling, skin turning red, the patient feels strong sensations of burn, body parts can twist as well, such as fingers. The scientific diagnostic is inflammation found in the blood. Blood test shows if there is an abnormal range when the rheumatism goes beyond normal level in the blood test results.
This gives final word, if a patient suffers from rheumatism or not.
Forms of inflammation -
One specific chronic form of Joint Inflammation is " Sacroiliac arthritis" it affects a very sensitive and important part of the body which is the lower back.
The word "sacroiliac" refers to the specific bone in the lower part of the human being's back. This bone name is the sacroiliac joint provokes the "sacroiliac inflammation when the end nerves are affected.
It can be identified by symptoms caused by the signals sent by the nerve endings to the brain.
Common symptoms:
- chronic pain in lower back
- Pain in the buttocks
- Lower spine might seem stiff
- Circulation of pain in leg
Most doctors advise an immediate rest before prescribing any medication.
Patients are often advised to stop temporarily and immediately their professional activity.
Why rest! The body is in a phase of overload, something is no more turning round in the clock, it is like a late watch which has to be set to the right time.
How to set a watch, you have to stop it first: the same applies to our engine (our body), the engine must stop, be regulated and oiled before going back to the correct pace.
Medication to treat inflammation are anti-inflammatory pills of type "Celecoxib" for chronic rheumatism. Anti-inflammatory cream can help when applied on inflamed parts and joints.
