When I want to go somewhere I always seem to find
Someone who's been there and will always remind
Go this way, not that, if you want a easy ride
Remember get me a present, not big, just a small surprise
Well It's only because I'm telling you the best way to go
It's good you ran into me so I can tell you what I know
There's many that will tell you things, send you out of your way
It's really good I'm giving you this information today.
Finally I get there it's not really what I thought
I only find out when the tickets I have bought
A waste of time a waste of my day
Still there's plenty more I can waste this way.

The choices our parents direct
