I do think that it is against our constitutional rights, But at the same time, I think your an Idiot if you don't buckle up, I know, because I was wants an Idiot, I never buckled up, I would get in my car every time, Argue that I was an adult, and all I'd say is that I was not going to put on a seat belt, unless they made all the children on buses put one on to, Don't get me wrong, I had the right argument, I still have that argument, and I think they should have them in every bus across the united states, but at the same time, why would I want to take my children's father out of there lives, just for the sake of being stubborn, I didn't want to listen to a country tell me what to do in my own car, no that was my space, but I did realize I was being selfish, and that the seat belts in buses could not be used as an excuse, I think that sometimes this country makes rulings based on overall safety factors, And we did elect them to do that, not everything in our lives are going to be in the Constitution, Give me a break, how many cars were on the road back then, Its there job to protect us, and if they got to spend one, two, or three years writing up a bill, just to get a couple thousand idiots to through out the united states to were there seat belts, because there to stupid to save there own lives, then god bless our country for caring, I'm sure they took to long just figuring out if they were going to do it or not, if you were to tell me how long they debated it, I would probably tell you they took to long, now let me tell you something, I never put my seat belt on, until one day, I was ridding in my girlfriends car, she had those seats belts that were automatic, And when that car came out in front of us on the highway, Thank the lord I was in her car, if not, I'd be dead, we all would be died, and from that moment on, I put my seat belt on, because it does save lives, and there not wrong for caring, it's there job, So you ask, is it against our constitutional rights, ask the couple thousand people thats been in an accident since they were forced to put one on, see what they have to say, you might like there anser a lot better then my openiun, time wasted putting on a seat belt, inconvenient, lives saved, priceless, weather you like it or not, they did the right thing,
