Poetry: Writer's block

by Erin Cook

Created on: April 25, 2008

My writing is an art
Something I love to do
and something I adore

But in the middle of my creation
I get a brain cloud and get stuck
I get flustered with all the frustration
something we all call writers block

I can think and think on end
but for some reason I can't create
Can not imagine and pretend
I guess I will just have to wait

Writer's block is in the way
So I wait and wait for it to stop
Wait it out all night and day
Hopefully soon I can find
My train of thought
