Light and dark are in a war
Of such proportions as those in lore
Darkness my ally, swelling my ranks
And light my foe, wielding its ankh
Darkness and I are one and the same
So I forgive you for mixing up our names
Though we are not to be trifled with; this is no silly game
The slightest mistake can send us into the flames
You adressed my shadow instead of me;
and thank you for the flattery,
but you have mistaken my humble identity.
My shadow, the anchor, and I, the flesh fable
are certainly slightly interchangable.
