Poetry: Truth

Vines of Truth

In the eyes of truth
Only beauty exists
And all is peaceful and free
On the tongue is a lie

May our hearts connect always
To the vines of truth
Entwining our voice and our mind
That we "see" what hides
In hurtful words
and tell the truth in kind
