That what all schools should start wearing too.
It is sad that when kids dress down, They outdress each other out by fancy shoes, clothes, jewelery and purses, but I'm not like that and I think all schools should make it mandatory that all schools should make students wear uniforms everyday and no exceptions! and give them dress down days when they deserve it and not all the time.
So far... there are certain public, charter and private schools that make students wear uniforms and some schools make them wear regular clothes. Kids can also express their-selves, but there are many ways you can express yourself.

and other things, not just clothes and materialistic stuff. That's what's wrong with alot of our young people today. There so much into this materialistic stuff, they are forgetting what's most important to them: their education and their learning.
Maybe that's what they need... to wear uniforms to bring out their academic talents and their true colors too. Parents should be very concerned about their child or childrens behavior and should start talking about making uniforms mandatory for all schools and students.
I recommend that parents should start talking to their kids or kid about how do they feel about wearing mandatory uniforms.
In most schools, the prinicpal decides what the students should wear and they often choose uniforms and over 1/2 of schools have choosen dress down clothes.
" I think that all schools should wear mandatory uniforms everyday" says a DC Parent.
" It's just that uniforms can increase academic progress" she adds along.
I will also add my opinions too. Too many schools are choosing to wear regular clothes and not enough uniforms and not only that! Too many of our young people are into too much materialistic stuff and it's affecting their minds too.
