Offering
Ellipsis peeled -
raw ragged skin
unravels:
fragrant ruby twist.
Scraped strand curls,
wraps wrist
drops.
Naked
sacrificial fruit
(carved, chopped, sprinkled)
ready to release
a comfortable aroma,
succulent scent:
Eden's final offering.
