ASI/NHCD is a nightmare of a company to work for. Here are all the red flags to look for if you receive a call from their human resource department. ASI/NHCD borders on the legit/scam radar screen, which I will tell you how this is possible. I have been employed with this company for one year now and am finally fed up and decided to inform any one that is even considering employment with this so called company to beware of false hopes that will try to be instilled upon you by the few people who can sweet talk you into anything.
I will start from day one, which is when I received a called by ASI and their human resource department. On reviewing my application, they told me that I qualified to go into the hiring part of this company. Yippee I though because that was where I wanted to be. I sat through a one-hour orientation training class just to be assigned to another training class. It was at this second class that I was told that in order to be in the human resource department and the hiring aspect of this company I would first have to make a sale. I could buy a plan myself which would qualify me to enter the department that I was suppose to be hired for anyway. Not knowing any better, I signed up and was placed on a team with a manager.
Every day at ten o'clock central time, I would receive applications from job seekers in my account at ASI. That in itself is a full day's job because the application has no resume, qualifying skills o the applicant nor most do not have even an address. ASI wants you to call these people up to three times a day or more until you reach them for an interview. Of course, the job seekers are either interested or not. If interested the person is hired. That is all there is to that. It does not matter who we hire just as long as we hire. If you do not hire anyone then the office will not send you any more applications, which means you will not earn any five dollars per hire. Yes, you heard me right I said five lousy dollars per hire but there is another catch. Just because you hire them does not mean that you will get paid. The person that you hire must attend their first orientation class. If they do not well guess what you just spent three hours working but not getting paid.
They do promote you fast if you want to be but this just means they get more work out of you for free. In fact, for six hours a day without pay I can hire people, train people, research for my team, and do their work for them. Not only that but you must attend meetings and call in to your supervisor daily. Therefore, no matter what position that you hold in this company they will and do sweet talk you into just about anything and reassuring you that this company is legit. After all, why would someone spent the last six years working for this wonderful company if they did not receive their paychecks?
ASI is legit in the sense that you do get paid weekly but that should actually be worded as weakly. I worked about thirty hours last week plus went to three meetings and made a whole thirty-three dollars for the week so please take my advise and run away from your phone if they call you . If you do get suckered in, do the rest of the world a favor by reporting them.
