Falling upon this wondrous world,
So unadulterated, so pure.
Washing away the sorrow,
God's most natural cure.
Carefully refreshing each form of life,
Both the large and the small,
Bringing renewal, refreshment -
As each droplet falls.
Silent in its mannerisms,
Yet boisterous and alive,
The sole entity sent from above,
That makes all nature thrive.
Clearly dancing downwards,
As it falls down from the sky,
Some say they're sent from the heavens -
The tears the angels cry.
So small within their own essence,
Yet yielding such tremendous power,
Each droplet of water that composes,
Each invigorating spring shower.
