Slippery snakes, spiders crawling
monkeys swinging, cockatoos calling
elephants roaming, cheetahs prowling
pumas creeping, lions growling
Kingdom jungle, survival of our fittest
American city, survival of our prettiest
Concrete, asphalt, tar and steel
Bubbling springs, vines and automobile
Glass, bricks, anger and rage
parakeets, love birds, in a cage
Mishmash of life's strongest on a stage
comparatively alarming, the wars we wage
The jungle, organic, life it breathes
towering structures, financial weaves
I'm okay Jack, get of my back
biting, nipping, keep your hands off my stack
Injured life, come with me
Let us be and we shall see
The jungle, brutal as it may be
life is no better here, I plea
