Just a Simple embrace
Is all that is needed
The soft caress of a loving
Touch
Nothing devilish
Or Fiendish
Just a simple embrace
Is all that I request
Soft spoken words
Treasures
Of love
And tenderness
Invested
A warm heart and
Tranquil words
Applause from your hand
To hear
"I love you"
Without string or rubber band
To be nestled safely
In your ravine of love inside
That even when apart
Within the scent of your
Sweet fragrance
My joy would abide
Yet
Absence of reminiscence
Grasps what I once
Chased
In the brisk
Season of winter
Of lacking
Just a simple embrace
