The Deadliest of all serial killers is either someone you know or someone you would never expect. In this book, you don't really know who it is in the first chapter, but you are right beside the killer waiting and watching therefore making you the serial killer. This book is a must read for any serial killer aficionado. By the second chapter, you know, but can't believe who the killer is. This is not a spoiler, the author; Bob D. Caterino wants you to know. You are still watching the every move of this; fifteen year old girl but you are only a back seat driver, a witness to every blood curdling twist and turn.

Karen is a fifteen year old who suffers many years of abuse living in her household. She has had enough so she runs. She needs to run before things get beyond help for her. Of course she is in denial. She indeed needs help, professional help. Karen seems to make the reader watch as she graphically kills victim after victim. As the reader, you are her personal therapist, but just when you think you get through to her she needs to kill again. Her Father beat her, and treats her as his personal slave. Her mother is a drunk and a sex addict.

Karen is in a living hell and is only lashing out on the world. She is screaming for help throughout this book, but in a very wrong way. She keeps one step ahead of the law, so this proves she is a smart girl, but even smart people are sick sometimes. She will keep moving and use many disguises like any serial killer would to keep from getting caught.

I believe, this book is important to every man, woman, and child living in the world. It shows how the mind of a serial killer works. It not only shows us many revelations about serial killers, but it also entertains us. This book is not fun so do not expect fun. It is truths about a deadly murderer and this is an important read. When the book gets confusing, it is only because the killer is confused. You figure things out before she does and that's why this author is amazing. He likes to use psychology on the mind of the reader by helping you think in one direction, then he pulls the rug out from under you.

"The Last Serial Killer" is a must add to any book collection. I personally love the fact that the more you read it the more you get out of this wonderful thriller.
We don't know what triggers that side of a person, but there's a natural killer inside all of us, but we use control. Serial killers don't have this control due to something that traumatized them in their past. In Karen's case, she was abused in many ways and any control was simply out of the question. By the way, Karen was never caught. She is still out there somewhere and this scares me, as a reader. The book is a paperback and can be found at Amazon, Target, and the web.

The ISBN for this book is 1438203403
