I do feel a huge NO is in order. The bloodlines are too close to crossing over with-in the household. That's why in some cultures they have to go outside of their village, town or sect to find wives and husbands. The cultures of the old testament saw that it was o.k. because that was the time (zeitgeist) that they lived in. It is not a social norm of America and because of the lack of understanding it is looked down upon by society. Dancing in the fine gray area of having his cake, ice cream, and buffet meal. Society does claim to welcome different cultures here but that's just something that should stay behind closed doors. Once you have involved children under the age of 21 there is something wrong with that entire picture that should be looked into by the law. We do not live in the old world any more and the children shouldn't be subject to it. I do see that we would have a lot less chaos going on in the world if we'd only take in consideration as adults the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual stress we are putting on ourselves and the children. I am sure that everyone that came from that household is going through some type of culture shock. This way of living maybe just maybe all that they know. So yes it would take some time to get them into the so-call swing of things of this outside world. Now in the old testament and even now in a different culture they wanted to carry on the bloodlines. So far I have only heard of people of the white race doing this here in the United States. But in some Islamic sects it's o.k. to take on many wives to continue their bloodlines. Once again not my way of living. I am too stingy to share anyway so I wouldn't fit into their social norm of living. Yet I do believe there was a better way of going about getting the children though without the mental strain. So in the close and near future I hope that none of the males of my family that I am around get any dumb bright ideas about I like all of my babies mommas' so we all should live together in love, peace, and harmony. This way of living wouldn't be one of my top 10 choices to live.
