Poetry: Responsibility

It's time to take responsibility
for all that must be done
yet do not look upon these tasks
as if they are no fun

It is not work if you love
the things that you must do
to keep your family save and fed
for they rely on you

Take pride and know that even though
you may not get your dues
you are needed and you are wanted
you are your family's glue
