Almighty God who stopped the sea,
And said that here the end must be;
Limited the number of stars,
And said to us that these are ours.
He commands where sunlight ends,
When the moon begins it's ascends,
To the delight of men and God,
So that man and angels be awed.
Where were you when earth's basis laid,
When the measuring line forbade,
Encroachment on the space beyond,
Thus set securely life it spawned.
And consider the stores of snow,
Have existed since long ago,
Flakes unique; better than in my dreams,
Of diamonds light so do they gleam.
The rain it comes to wet the earth,
When God decides to quench it's thirst;
To give idle seeds the chance at birth,
Even tho the ground be a curse.
He even rains where there is no man,
To sats'fy waste, desolate land;
Behold He counts the breaths we take,
And our hearts the beats it makes.
Whose limits are these anyway,
Is our God just one more cliche?
Or does He reign where man can't go,
Aware of our severe plight below?
Or does He bless us with the Sun (Son)
To shed it's light on everyone;
Good and evil they do all share,
From a God who really does care.
Limits He set are good for all,
Lest earth become a fireball;
And man become a creature no more,
Or worse yet an object of appall.
Enjoy life with it's limits intact,
With nothing to add or detract;
Because its all for you and yours,
Your mirth and laugh God's life restores.

Life
Life has got to end somewhere,
Why not here, why not there?
Time has got to stop sometime,
Why not now in it's prime?
Everyone
Limits reached, moving on
Rising up like the dawn
It's not bad in fact it's good
Now I'll find what I feel I should
It's times

When you lift the weight,
envision any number of people,
filled with sadness and dependent on the quest for knowledge.
After
when i'm not bound with chains
i know i have no limits
when my legs are still strong
i'm confident i have no limits
