Where I am going I do not know
If I only knew, I'm ready to go
The times can get hard scaring us all
Swirling colors around me as I'm stuck in free fall
As each day passes quick like lightning
It flashes so bright and utterly blinding
The way is sown with tricks and doubt
But I look past them to find my true route
Life is never easy, to find our path we must fight
Some parts are cloaked in darkness, and others shine in light
With our good comes the bad but sometimes we must wait
To find what we search for and discover what's great
Every person wishes for different things
For some a new toy and for some to see spring
My wish is to get ready to go towards true love
My heart would take off like a newly free dove
Is true love real? I haven't seen it yet
Yet it is one wager I am willing to bet
A powerful emotion it's one of the best
Yet mine seems to be locked away in a chest
I know that I am definitely ready to go
Immerse myself in the loves deep and warm flow
Just as soon as I find someone who only wants one
One guy to be with, and one person to love

Are we going very far?
What should I wear, my hat and coat?

This life is but a pseudo-cage of rules and order
A social cage from border to border
The reality of life
I waited a lifetime,
well, it's been quite a while.
Ready to go, remember your smile.
