A beautiful frollicking collie, in the plush green grass. A furry kitten, with its soft-motor purr. Angel fish gliding like a musical "minuet." Smooth talking parrot that keeps us in conversation with laughter. Yes, these are some of the tranquil moments with our family members, pets!
Owning a pet can serve us well in many ways. Companionship, friendship, security, mental tranquility and a sense of nurturing. The overall positive interjection of love and care towards are pets; will project a loving relationship between us.
In many cases people like to have a pet to dispel lonely days in their lives. Also, pets can teach children and adults how to love and nurture. Pets will give unconditional love to their human friend. This bonding experience is beneficial to one's blood pressure and mental psyche. You've just arrived home from a gruling day at work, open the front door at home and standing there is your loyal dog wagging his little tail and jumping up to greet you. What is it about this moment that is rewarding, gratifying and loving? What puts a smile on your face? Well, the brain is our main functioning machine that controls every aspect of our senses, thoughts, mental behavior, physical capabilities and emotions.
Depression can be a dark and frightening experience for anyone with a sense of despair, loss of hope and anxiety. Once, a little parakeet named Peanut, gave a very sick man (who was in dire pain) a new perspective and lease on his life with sheer contentment and happiness! Peanut brought so much joy and love to his owner, eventually, the pain and stress became more tolerable in this man's life.
Commitment, love and care is vital to this important member of our family. What we give to our pets is the results we'll get back. Our pets can pull us from a gray storm in time; save us from despair and doom. Their unconditional love is the magic key to our mental and physical health. Walking your dog (for example) is a good fitness exercise for you and your beloved dog.
Aquariam fish are viewed by many, as their pets. Watching the brilliant hues of these tiny little wonders can send one into a tranquil paradise (in their minds) for awhile.
All pets, are beneficial to our health in many ways... we just need to love and care for them.
