I am in favour of all nations joining the FIFA Organization and competing for the World Cup. It is rare that only nations that are recognized as such can compete while others cannot compete [such as Kurdistan, Lakota Oyate, Santa Cruz, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus]. Before I continue with my reasons why ALL Nations should join FIFA and compete for the World Cup, Lakota Oyate is the part of the United States populated by the Sioux Nation that declared its independence late 2007. Santa Cruz is a Province of Bolivia that declared its independence in protest against Evo Morales policy of exterminating "Non Indigenous People such as the White Europeans".

Football is a universal sport played by every people whether they have been constituted as a nation or not. Why cannot FIFA and the World Cup include these entities? After all, one of the reasons the ELF Cup existed is so that places such as Greenland, the Vatican, and even the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus could compete in the universal sport of football. The fact that Greenland, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as the Vatican and Monaco have not been recognized as such by FIFA and the World Cup does an injustice to football [soccer] lovers and players in those areas. Allowing these countries and areas that are nations [including Lakota Oyate or the Cherokee Nation in the United States] to join FIFA and compete in the World Cup would give credence to football [soccer] being a universal sport. For those who talk about threats to sovereignty, that is just another poor excuse to monopolize what has and is a sport of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Imagine if the President of FIFA Sepp Blatter were to one day wake up and declare that the world should join FIFA and play in the World Cup. Imagine if all of the different nations that exist within the established nations being able to play football [soccer] and play. For those who have this obsession with Tibet, I challenge you to imagine the different nations within your nations [Lakota Oyate, the African American Nation, The First Nation or Native Americans, and the Latin Nation to play in the World Cup. Imagine Santa Cruz competing against Greenland, Kurdistan, Newfoundland, Quebec, Monaco, the Vatican, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The whole world would be at peace.

It is for this reason and much more that ALL Nations should be allowed to join FIFA and participate in the World Cup.
