Poetry: Through the eyes of a child

by Jenysie Jane

Created on: April 22, 2008

The wind in my hair
as I zoom fast
some won't even dare,
move out of my path!

No one can stop me
you can't see me,
until I drop.

So many stairs to climb
but it definitely pays,
my blond pigtails shine
my excitement begins to raise!

As I swoosh to the bottom
of the giant slide
thank God it's Autumn
what a great ride!
