People look in the window of us.
Spot the perfect man,
The precise clothes,
From tip to toes,
The chiseled body and face,
Not a gesture or hair out of place.
People look in the window of us.
Glimpse the perfect woman,
The latest style,
Unblemished skin and smile,
Perfectly chic,
Tactful yet honest, assertive yet meek.
Everything perfect in the window of us.

Underneath,
Stock-still,
Frozen in time,
Frozen in heart, soul, mind.
We are the perfect us,
the perfect mannequin and
the perfect womanequin.

She stands there immobile
Frozen in time
