In my Purse
In my purse, you will find
Candy and gum, of many different kind
For the little children, I come across
Butterscotch, peppermint, Ice, or Frost
Dig a little deeper, and you will see
My hidden world, happy and free
Places for all, and everything in it's place
Right down, to a little strip of lace
Pencils or pens, which ever you choose
A little tablet, for those honey do's
Pictures of my loved ones, all in a stack
Carefully placed, right in the back
Bobby pins and hair bows, on the side
For the days, my hair is fried
A little tube of lotion, you will find
Standing beside my wallet, on the front line
In my purse, this you will find
For those days, you are stuck in a bind
What ever you need, it can be found here
I placed it with love, for you my dear
