Your warmth flows over and through me
I can feel the night pressing in
It binds us together
Something we share
Steam from the hot tub
Catching blue rays from the moon
Our arms wrapped around
We are together but alone
The night presses in
Filling every void
I close my eyes
And lose myself in it all

Enveloped in a safe cocoon,

Closing all around me, as I lay folded against myself,
Unmoving...
S omeone, somewhere will be waiting for me,
Anxious
