There are so many questions, where does one start? When did time begin? If it had a beginning, what came before it? People talk about the end of time. If there should be an end of time, what would things be like one minute later? That doesn't make any sense to me either, therein lies the burning question. Where does space begin, and where does it end? If it begins at point A and ends at point B whats on the other side? Another burning question. And one that has always had me wondering. When does prejudice and hate begin? If you were to place four three year old children in a sandbox, one black, one yellow, one red and one white, one Buddhist, one Jewish, one Muslim and one Christian, there would very likely be no animosity towards each other. Yet fifteen years later there would in all reality be a polarizing affect which would generate fear and mistrust, and sadly sometimes hate. No one person hates every other living person. If there is inherent in everybody a capacity for compassion, why would one do harm to another because of their skin or their ethnicity or their religion, or I guess their lack thereof? Unless one is a cannibal there is really no reason to want end the life of another who is not seeking to harm you or your loved ones.I guess it boils down to another burning question, why can't we all just get along? On a lighter vein, is it possible that we are not the only intelligent life int universe? What if God is actually running an experiment, and actually populated hundreds of planets with intelligence of different species to see what will work and what doesn't? And if that were the case how do we measure up? Certainly we have come a long way in our evolutionary trails. However, there is a distinct possibility we will totally destroy ourselves along with all earthly creations in the not too distant future. One could argue we are failing the experiment. If there were such an experiment, would God let us continue on our present path or would he, or she bring about a conclusion on his terms? Is it possible other experiments are going much better than ours, and there really are little green men out there? One other question, When you die ,do you sleep eternally? Do you just cease to exist? Do you get a second chance[reincarnation]? Do you pass on to hopefully a better life? Is there really a soul as well as a body?
