Poetry: Inside my purse

by Louise Breland

Created on: April 20, 2008

Sometimes I wonder about the
things in my purse. Before I put
my hand inside, I have to look
there first.

There is a black hole inside
my purse. Sometimes I think
there may be another universe.

I looked for my wallet and found pen,
found a nail polish, it took another
hour just to find my wallet.

I blinked my eyes and could not
believe my purse has grown beyond
belief.

To many things in there to mention,
inside my purse is another dimension.
