2008 Olympics: How could business interests affect political views in China?

new reputation as reputable business dealers? During the Olympics it was what you see is what you get; and that will be changed to next time we will have more of what you want to see.

What will that be? I do not know, but I will guess. It will be a concentrated effort to join the rest of the world where the environment is concerned, to insist that girl babies are as important as boy babies and all other kinds of Western ideas. Also locked behind the door, but at the last minute shredded, is a summons for the nosy prankish writer assuming to tell the Olympic Committee how to take care of business. After they learned she was only spoofing they promised to forestall any further action. Their one bit of advice: Make fun of your own country and its business dealings, leave us alone. Me, make fun of my own country? I wouldn't dare. I feel safe, China being so far away.
