RAISED ONCE AGAIN
Sinking in this festering mire,
needing something to inspire...
how much lower will I get?
About what else could I fret?
I reach out for my lover's hand,
and he is no longer there.
I reach out for Abba Father's hand,
and He promises me, to always care.
And so am I lifted up,
above the battlefields of life,
so high above the evil strife.
That I was once a part of.
