I enjoy a good cup of hot tea. I also enjoy a good glass of Iced tea. There is only one reason that I can think of to pick coffee is that there is something about a good cup of Java. After three cups I can spent most of my day feeling like JAVA JAVA JAVA JAVA JAVA JAVA. They both beat out soda any day and they are refreshing. I am one of the only humans in the world to be able to drink a pit of coffee and go to sleep contrary to my previous statement of being able to go all day. With coffee and me it seems to be a love love relationship. It helps me do the things that I want to do. The soaring prices of coffee in the U.S. is making it harder to be an avid coffee drinker.

I consider myself an expert coffee drinker no Folgers only for me. I will drink coffee from anywhere. I like some Starbucks but the best bang for your buck is either Dunkin' Donuts coffee or Bob Evans new classic blend both can be bought just with the grounds and taken home to drink at your leisure. Decaffeinated coffee makes no sense to me whatsoever. It seems to taste funny to me. I think that it is the process of taking the caffeine out that really messes with it. Coffee is the answer to about anything, it is a comfort drink. It's warm going down and with the proper combination of cream and sugar can make you feel like a champ.

Studies have proven that coffee is actually good for you. Coffee has been proven to reduce the risk of diabetes. It lifts your mood and can even relieve you of a headache. Coffee can also offset the damage done by other vices. Also heavy drinkers of coffee have much lower stress levels. In all coffee has been proven to give us a better way of life. At least six studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis are up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's.

Not to mention the social benefits to drinking coffee. I can go out with a friend and have coffee and not go out to have a drink. Because of the caffeine people are not often sluggish while interacting with other people who are drinking coffee as well which is one of the things that makes a coffee house such a great meeting place.
