Testimonies: Addicted to karaoke

Just call me the karaoke king. For many years now I have had a serious addiction to karaoke, every night I leave the house with one thing in mind; to satisfy my karaoke cravings. I was born to perform; I'm an extreme extrovert, never do I turn down a chance to sing and always I am out there bellowing out all of my favorites.

I like to think of myself as somewhat of a rock god. Often I can be found tearing my way through Bon Jovi's 'Livin' on a Prayer', Bryan Adams 'Summer of 69', and Guns N' Roses 'Sweet Child O' Mine' also. I'm open to requests and always I aim to please. I've been doing karaoke for so long that I like to think I can gage what an audience wants to hear and work the room as everyone stands there stunned, in awe of my fine vocal ability and master talent with the microphone. That may be a bit much, I like to think people appreciate my vocal style though anyway! My addiction is by no means an affliction, I love to sing and no greater satisfaction do I ever feel than to perform and please.

Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for performing. It all began with me singing into various inanimate objects such as mops and brooms. I imagined I was performing in front of thousands, in actual fact however I was merely showing my skill to the cat. After mastering the art of performing to the household pet it was then that I began my foray into the world of karaoke. Never since have I looked back, my addiction soon set in and I'm now not sure where I'd be without my strong addiction to karaoke.

Some people are just born to perform, I personally am one of those people. I have such a great enthusiasm for singing and karaoke addiction therefore just came naturally to me. Once you've played on stage and felt that thrill, always you want to feel this and never do you want to be without that supreme sensation. Karaoke is a great way of letting your hair down, shouting out your favorite tunes and feeling more alive than you ever have done before. I'm proud to call myself a karaoke addict, I love to perform and am always at my most happy when up on stage strutting my stuff. Karaoke is greatly important to me, I love to sing and I always do so with a smile.
