While the Phoenix metropolitan area is more urban than the traditional bed and breakfast setting, there are a few gems here. The benefit of choosing a bed and breakfast, of course, is the opportunity to relax in a cozier atmosphere than the traditional hotel or resort setting. At the same time, Phoenix visitors want to remain close to other attractions and highlights in the city area. Here are a few locations in the Phoenix area that will cater to both the atmospheric needs and provide accessibility to the city:
The Full Circle Ranch Bed and Breakfast Inn
40205 North 26th Street
Cave Creek, Arizona 85331
The Full Circle Ranch is located near Cave Creek just outside of Phoenix is a fantastic blend of convenience and quiet. Cave Creek is normally a few degrees cooler than the concrete jungle of downtown Phoenix, to begin with. At Full Circle, guests can enjoy the milder temperatures while lounging poolside amongst the thick landscaping and waterfalls. The secluded desert location offers the perfect chance to hike, bike, observe wildlife, and admire the mountain views. Local visitors can even bring their horses with them and board in one of the stalls and runs for an additional fee. The Full Circle really is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a vacation.
Maricopa Manor Bed and Breakfast
15 West Pasadena Avenue
Phoenix, Arizona 85013
For vacationers who want to be a bit closer to the heart of the city of Phoenix, the Maricopa Manor Bed and Breakfast offers a great location. It is located only about 25 minutes away from Sky Harbor International Airport. The Manor is lushly landscaped and adorned with waterfalls. Built in 1928, the Manor stays true to its historic roots through the Mexican mission-style decor. Maricopa Manor is a bit different than other bed and breakfasts because guests may choose where to take their meals. Meals may be delivered to the guests in-suite, on the patio, or at the poolside. This aspect is especially nice for couples enjoying a romantic getaway. Visit their website at www.maricopamanor.com for a virtual tour and to book your reservation.
La Paz at Desert Springs
6309 East Ludlow Drive
Scottsdale, Arizona 85254
Nestled in north Scottsdale is the La Paz in Desert Springs Bed and Breakfast. This cozy retreat is complete with pool and hot tub. For maximum convenience, it is located near several restaurants and not far from the bustling nightlife of downtown Scottsdale. Check out the exqusite shopping and then hit the nightclubs for dancing and cocktails. The La Paz is open year-round and children are welcome.
