This morning i saw through the haze in my eyes,
The scarlet sunrise upon a new day.
And to my amazement, but not to my surprise,
I realized she was gone, But had not gone away,
I lift my head to the heaven's,
And gaze at the clouds.
I try to hold back the tear's in my eyes,
Although i tell myself she is still here with me,
I never had the chance to say goodbye.
As the day's keep pressing on, So does my life.
I have a new thought to help me pull through,
Your memory lives on, In a pure and happy place..
And through all this, I know you live inside me to.
