A Friends Death
Your faith was overwhelming
A lust for life I've never felt
You were strong and you were brave
Your passion spreading out
Many people often wonder
Why you died so suddenly
You were sick, this is well known
But your life said differently
We thought you would pull through
And we all prayed for you
We're all a little down
Cause here, you are no more
You had high hopes and dreams
Your outlook seemed so sure
You were going to change the world
We all knew this to be true
But now you're up in heaven
No more hurting, here for you
Sure we all will miss you
But now we will rejoice
For now you're with our Father
You've made the journey yonder
One day we all will join you
Without a doubt your passion strong
We'll think about you often
And wonder why you're gone
But at least we know the answer
Of why you were so strong

Not away on a visit

It doesn't even matter that you're gone
The wind took your soul away
I was denied my right to
