There once was a lady named Terry
Who had a body that was quite hairy
Whenever she tried to shave
She would have an unusual crave
For a cheese cake topped with a cherry
Now Terry had a neighbor who preferred cake
She thought Terry a bit of a flake
So she put up a fence of rope
In hopes that it would help her cope
So Terry moved next to a lake
Terry loved her house next to the water
But next door to her lived a squatter
When he would go out at night
All the birds would take flight
And so would Terry's daughter

Most limericks aim for the mark -
Something bawdy, just for a lark.
But I thought
I once knew a girl in Mahon,
Whose trousers she could NOT get on.
Though her struggle was great -
Twas superfluous weight,

It's a verse that is bawdy in jest
Written foully and part anapest
You may keep the meter
But say the word peter
