I once had a wallet, but now I have none
Too easily lost when I'm on the run
Outside of my purse is a compartment just right
It holds all my cards and it zips up real tight
I once had a wallet; I left it somewhere
Drivers' license, credit cards all were in there
I had to apply for new cards; what a pain
Canceling the lost ones about drove me insane
Finally someone in my same dilema
Invented a purse and a wallet together
Now when I shop for a new purse to buy
It must have a wallet attached to the outside
Inside my wallet, attached to my bag
Everything fits neat as a pin
My credit cards and license; my checkbook and pens
All safe and snug and zipped tightly in.
