He was a man ahead of his time
A spirit untamed
A heart run wild
I met him as a child
Loved him as a woman
Bore his sons
And though he was loved
So much more than he knew
He was too big for this world
So like a flame burned bright
His warmth touched us all
Leaving us cold without him
He was a man ahead of his time
A spirit untamed, a heart run wild
And a man who is missed every day...
