I'm in the market to rent an apartment; I feel that I cannot afford to be attached to a home in this volatile job market. Phoenix Arizona is the perfect market for a renter, either for a summer apartment or a permanent residence; I chose to rent a summer apartment here since I absolutely love the shopping and people in Phoenix.

What makes phoenix a great place to rent? Well the shopping and beauty, if you want to live a true Tuscan life style without sacrificing California beauty then phoenix is excellent. I love phoenix in the summer time, the national parks are an excellent place for adventures and there are ample spots for jogging or biking.

I love bicycling on a warm summer night; the crime rate here isn't alarming so you don't need to fear getting assaulted. There is a real sense of community here in phoenix, the people are friendly and enjoy their quite style of living just fine.

Rentals in phoenix are also not inflated like in other states; you can get a 1000SF apartment for eight hundred a month. Not a bad value? Especially considering how much time you will spend away from home.

Phoenix is also a great place to raise children, most of the apartments allow animals and there are tons of cute little pizza buffets and there is no shortage of gaming arcades. When it comes right down to it, phoenix offers a style of living which is unmatched.

Not the rugged adventurer type? Well phoenix has a sophisticated night sense, visit one of the many night clubs, but be prepared to dance you heart away. When it comes time to head home you will be treated to many grocery stores which are placed closely to apartments, I generally just walk to pick up my groceries.

Don't feel like walking? Well phoenix also has numerous grocery stores which deliver the food right to your door. And phoenix has a large selection of bike paths, which I take my electric bicycle on often.

The conclusion? If you're looking for a Tuscan style of living that is affordable come to phoenix, this multi cultural city is the perfects singles paradise. I recommend this to anyone looking for one of the few real estate jewels left in America.
